The Faculty of Medicine will implement a new online tool to better manage academic requests for Basic Sciences departments/schools and Clinical departments. This new tool will replace our current academic promotion system and is expected to be implemented this summer; the exact date has yet to be determined. Please rest assured the tool will be made available to our Clinical Faculty members by early September (if not sooner), in advance of the October 01 deadline, and for Basic Sciences departments/schools as of July 01, via the link below: https://uottawa-awms.syntosolution.com/ Please note that the Faculty of Medicine will provide a manual and hands-on training to our Departmental partners before the launch.
